Terms of Service

PrepAndJob is a job-interview preparation product: AI-assisted resume review, spaced-repetition practice questions, and mock interviews for candidates, plus an assessment workspace for recruiters to invite and evaluate candidates.

You need an account (email/password or Google sign-in) to use most of the product. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials safe.

PrepAndJob offers a candidate plan (around $6/month) and a recruiter/hiring-team plan (around $20/month). Charges are processed through Monobank's acquiring service and billed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at the equivalent rate; Monobank handles your card details directly.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.

You agree not to: submit fraudulent, plagiarized, or knowingly false resumes or credentials; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a company; abuse the AI features (for example, automated bulk querying, attempting to extract the underlying models, or using the service to generate content unrelated to interview preparation); scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the service outside its normal interface; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

Resume feedback, mock interview scoring, and practice question generation are produced by AI models and are intended as preparation guidance. They are not a guarantee of interview performance, hiring outcomes, or job offers, and they do not replace your own judgment or professional career advice.

If you use a recruiter account, you're responsible for how your company workspace invites and evaluates candidates, and for having a lawful basis to collect and review the assessment data of the candidates you invite. Candidate assessment results tied to your invitations are visible to your workspace as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your resume content, your answers, and anything else you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the features you're using.

PrepAndJob's own branding, product design, and underlying software are owned by us and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud or abuse, or fails to pay for a subscription after reasonable notice.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepAndJob and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or hiring outcomes arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law of your own country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
